Descriptive Personal Statement:

I'm a Biochemistry student with a special interest in the immune system and particularly the complement system, combining my love of organic Chemistry and making differences to the way we fight diseases and cancers. I fell in love with the way that one of the most complicated and effective defenses in our body is guided purely be chemical interactions without cells and so I want research it and develop ways to enhance it.
