honesty. Mentors are not permitted to share any personal information of the mentee.
5. Video Recording of Sessions
All 1-on-1 and group mentoring sessions conducted through Docmentor will be video recorded to ensure:
- Quality control: To maintain high standards of tutoring and service delivery.
- Safeguarding: To protect both mentors and mentees from potential misconduct.
- Issue resolution: In case any disputes or concerns arise, recordings will be reviewed to address the issue.
These recordings will only be used for internal purposes and will be stored securely. Users will be notified prior to any session being recorded.
6. Payment Information
Payments are processed through external services (Promptpay QR and PayPal), so no payment information is stored on
the website.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting appointment. For a full refund, mentees
must contact at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48-72 hours will incur a 10% charge.
8. Ownership of Materials
All materials posted on the website are the company's property and may not be used without permission. For
inquiries, please contact the company's business email.

The company will not be accountable for any monetary losses incurred during transactions, as payments are
